Veterans Housing & Support Program

ANU Community Development Corporation’s Veterans Housing & Support Program is designed to help veterans access safe, stable, and affordable housing while receiving the essential resources they need to thrive. We provide housing assistance, supportive services, and community connections tailored to veterans transitioning from homelessness, unstable living conditions, or financial hardship.

Our goal is to ensure every veteran has the opportunity to rebuild stability, achieve independence, and live in a healthy and secure home.

We help eligible veterans access housing options, including our Healthy Energy Homes—durable, energy-efficient homes designed for affordability and long-term stability.

We offer community resources that help veterans maintain housing and improve overall well-being, including:

• Support for families of veterans
   
• Resource navigation
   
• Assistance connecting to veteran-focused programs

We help veterans access additional support through:

• VA benefit navigation
   
• Healthcare resources
   
• Supportive service agencies
   
• Employment and training opportunities
   
• Community partner programs

• U.S. military veterans in need of stable housing
   
• Veterans transitioning from homelessness or temporary housing
   
• Low-income veterans and veteran families
   
• Seniors who are retired veterans
   
• Veterans facing eviction, foreclosure, or financial hardship
   

• Safe, affordable, healthy housing options
   
• Access to essential community resources
   
• Support for rebuilding long-term stability
